What do you need to be able to recieve your Bachelors in Nursing?

I am currently going to the 11th grade and I want to be a nurse. I volunteer at a hospital and a lady said she just went again and got her Bachelors instead of getting her Associates degree first. I need to know what steps I need to be able to take to be able to get my Bachelors. I ultimately want to be a pediatric nurse. I would like to work with Cancer patients, I know that sounds bad but I just want to be able to help them and all that stuff. So any additionial information you can give me would also be helpful guys! :D THANKKKSSS!!!
