I lost my bearded dragon outside for 2 hours, and now he acts weird?

Reptiles are stressed easily and it can effect their behavior a lot. You pet is probably still traumatized, or just wants to have more space again. I have a leopard gecko who at first did not care to leave her cage, but one day she finally escaped somehow and now she is always looking to be free again.
