Am i too young and immature?

im a freshman and theres a junior at my school who i kind of have a crush on, hes going to be 18 in a few months and im only 15 1/2...he always calls me "Jail bate" but more then once told me that hed still F*** me even tho i am...i keep dropping hints to try and get him to ask me out but im kind of worried that i may be too young for him when he could easiy have a girl his age...i flirt with him all the time and he flirts with me alot too but should i stop trying to get his attention or am i fine??
