Trying to move but need some help?

I am about to be 18 and i am a single mother I need to know where in lexington or bates burg south carolina is there apartment's for assisted living that i can apply for? Address's and phone numbers will be appreciated. Another question is if I apply for anything like food stamps or a govornment check or assisted living and I have my boyfriend living with me will i get anything? or should i just say that he's not living with me. I need to talk to someone like on I.M. or somthing pleas help.
