Are there any classes that teach Japanese?

Preferably some near Scranton, PA and if not than courses online. I need to start learning Japanese. If not does anyone know about programs in Japan that I could take to learn Japanese in a native speaking environment. I plan on moving to Japan and attending medical school or nursing school so I need to know Japanese.
