Does anyone know about any colleges or universities in Japan that have nursing or medical programs?

I'm from America and want to transfer into a Japanese college or university. I am thinking about nursing or pre-med but I really want to take a Japanese language course first to get the language down. If anyone has an info or advice I would appreciate it.
