What do I apply for to be a neonatal doctor?

I am trying to apply to college to be a neonatal doctor but dont know how. I know I have to go to medschool but what degree do I sign up for? I do not want to be a nurse so no nursing programs, i want to be a doctor and get my phD. HELP PLEASE
