Are there any jobs out there that helps people in need?

i want to know if there are any jobs that involves helping people in need when your older. i don't even know what i want to be when i grow up and i feel like doing something that will help people. i know that nurses/doctors are one of them but i lost intrest of that. i want to do something that will help the world when i grow up. any jobs?
