I understand what you mean. Sure there's a Religion & Spirituality Section to ask questions about Islam, but, really, who wants to ask a serious religious question in R&S? The Ramadan is more of a forum for a community of mostly Muslims to converse. So there's definitely going to be a lot of non-related questions, but if people want some-what knowledge on Islam, I feel they can still come here. It's like a mix of non-related / related questions. There more of a community forum here, so you have to expect a lot of chatting-type questions.
