Improvise for haunted house..?

I am going to audition for a haunted house called Asylum 49. They expect us to improv on the parts we audition for. I want to audition for three different spots. A nurse, A mental patient, and a clown. What should I do?? Any actions or scripts that are sure to get me a spot?
