How do i level up my pokemon in soul silver really fast?

If you have a lucky egg, attach that to the current pokemon you are leveling. Save whatever rare candies you have to use for the last few levels before level 100. There aren't any very high leveled wild pokemon for you to fight, so I would recommend fighting the elite 4 and Red over until your pokemon are on level 100. You can also call and rematch gym leaders for some extra experience on various days of the week.
