Can you get your diploma with online highschool or homeschool?(i live in missouri) ***URGENT?

I'm 16 years old. I will be a junior. I'm due to have a baby on christmas eve (I know I'm young) but I really want to get my diploma asap. I'm pretty smart I've been taking all honors classes. I just wasn't my diploma so I can make the best life for my baby & i'd rather start college sooner than later to become a nurse :) please help me
