Can you get pregnant from this???....?

My period is around the 5th of every month? I had unprotected sex with my fianc� on 18th of June but we stopped before he ejaculated. I got the morning after pill on the 22nd June (4th day) but apparently still effective.Then I went to the family planning on the 28th june and discussed the above with the nurse who said was unlikely to be pregnant but did a test to confirm which was negative and advised I used Depo and gave me injection. Now I'm feeling tired quite often, I have watery mouth and also sharp pain on length side notsure if I'm being paranoid that I was wrongly advised and I could actually be pregnant I've taken 2 test but both negative, pls help Thanks very much xx
